7.2 Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

8.2 Corrections to haircuts must be requested and scheduled within 48 hours of your original appointment. Any requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for correction.
8.3 We reserve the right to determine if a correction is necessary and to allocate a suitable stylist for the correction service.
